The top assassin of the MEMPHIS Corporation, and sniper of the 7th Division. He was once a policeman who was imprisoned for an assassination attempt on one of the shareholders of MEMPHIS Corp. But was later bailed and renamed by the Grand Arbiter of the Corporation and Mr. Dupree, after seeing potential in him.

He is usually sent on 'cleanup duties' on rival companies when required and leaves no trace. He frequents a gas mask to complement his sniping as this gives him fresh air to breath and concentrate as well as give him a detailed view of the target as this mask is equipped with an advanced targeting system named MTS.

He prefers using a fully customized PSG-1 Sniper rifle he named "Schneider" - the tailor of fate, for assassinations and a UMP SMG for close encounters. Smoke grenades and traps are frequently used for combat and escapes as well.
