Arbiter Dupree of the MEMPHIS Corporation. He is seen leading a squad of MEMPHIS troopers to secure the Parousian Monastery perimeter in an attempt to finally subdue the mad reign of Chastiser Llandervaltz over the land.
A MEMPHIS Arbiter is the highest rank of officials in the Corporation, being a master of either combat, business, science, or a combination of any. Arbiter Dupree is the leader of the 7th Division, the intel committee, being an excellent sniper and commander, he wields his powerful Barret M82 rifle he personally named "Balthier" to snipe down and opposition which comes his way.
Oh and take note of his holster/cane which sheathes his MAS1873 revolver. Pretty handy if you ask me!
